1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for subscription services. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be issued if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. For annual subscriptions, refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase, prorated based on usage.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Script bumping purchases (one-time purchases)
• Services already consumed or used
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] or via Discord (ID: 341687141056643094) with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your case further. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
